ARC Welder
Running Android applications on your PC become an easy task with new Chrome extension ARC Welder. Android use his one package mode for applications and till now the apk binaries works only in emulators.

The new Google Chrome extension ARC Welder is easy to install and use with few clicks (ARC = App Runtime for Chrome, Weld = to unite) and it's mostly for Android developers that want to test their apps before submitting them to Chrome Web Store.
The installation takes a while so be patient. Run the application and set the working directory, then test any .apk program for Android.
